The cabbage soup diet is a good diet to be on if you are looking to drop a couple of pounds in a short time. It is hard to stick to it however. You must be dedicated to it in order to make it work. The first time that I tried it, the first couple of days where easy, the soup was good and the fruit was amazing. But on around the third day, I could not stomach to eat anymore soup. So I skipped the soup and just ate was on the list for the third day, which left me so hungry that it was unbearable. on the fourth day of the diet, I was eaten ice cream, I could not take it any longer. It was not a diet that I could stick to. But I did loose two pounds in the first three days that I did it. My mother followed the cabbage soup diet for two weeks straight, she lost around 20 pounds from it. So it does really work, if you can stick to it. I am just one that can not stick to it. So if you are serious about loosing some weight, stick the cabbage soup diet and you will be back in those tight jeans in no time. Good Luck!

I have now found a place where I can get some diversity in the way I cook the soup and I will try it again with the new cabbage soup recipes I found. I am sure that will make it a lot easier.
