You may have read the post on how to get a slimmer face, and while general exercises are a great help in losing face fat you also need to consider face lift exercises. A question frequently asked is: do face exercises really work? The answer to this question is paramount to asking if exercise works for your body. We all do it differently and with varied results. But, in general it can be said that faces exercises are useful in getting a slimmer face.
Here are some tips for face slimming exercises that might get you where you want, and help you get rid of face fat as they tighten your face muscles.
Exercise n°1 : Smile constantly, as much as you can and whenever you remember. Smile with closed lips or showing your pearly white, it does not matter, smiling pulls the face muscles.
Exercise n°2 : This second exercise for the face must be done in front of a mirror. Try to touch your nose with your upper lip by pushing it forward. While you do this, raise the corners of your mouth and contract the cheeks. Hold the position about 10 seconds, relax and repeat 5 times. (You will get the hang of it after a while. And when you can do it without the mirror it is great fun for the grand-children).
Exercise n°3 : In front of the mirror make an exaggerated smile with lips closed, smile as if you were trying to touch your ears with the corners of your mouth. Hold the position between 8 and 10 seconds, relax and repeat 5 times.
Exercise n°4 : With closed lips smile naturally, then draw your cheeks in, (suck your cheeks in, as if you wanted to make a fish face). Hold between 5 and 8 seconds, relax repeat 5 times.
Exercise n°5 : Start with your mouth closed. Inflate your right cheek, hold for 8 to 10 seconds relax. Do the same thing with your left cheek. Repeat 5 times with each side. (I have to say that I find this face exercise a little difficult on one side, and one way I can get my left cheek to inflate without inflating both is to put my hand on the right cheek while inflating the left).
