When you are living a very busy lifestyle, it can be hard to find the time to take care of yourself and your health. After all, it takes time to brew a cup of Chinese tea, whether it is to help boost your weight loss or just to drink. Between work, home, and family, how are you supposed to find the time to make sure that you always have tea brewed to drink?
The best thing that you can do to make sure you do not run out of green tea for weight loss is to brew large batches of it at a time. Instead of brewing a single cup, brew enough tea to make six to ten cups all in one large batch. You can use multiple tea bags for this purpose, or if your tea comes loose-leaf, as is the recommended method, make sure that your tea strainer is large enough to give the water plenty of room to circulate around the leaves.
When the tea has cooled down, you can pour it into a pitcher to keep in your refrigerator or dose it out into single serving bottles. If you are going to be doing all of your Chinese weight loss tea drinking at home, feel free to use a pitcher. The bottles, however, give you the option of taking it on the go, making it a much more convenient option. Re-using the PET bottles that most bottled water comes in is a great way to recycle and save money at the same time.
One benefit to the bottle approach is that you can create a wide variety of different flavors of weight loss tea. Flavorings and sugar-free syrups can go a long way toward keeping your tea from becoming boring.
As you can see, there is no reason why you cannot make drinking tea a part of your overall weight loss efforts. With a little bit of forethought and planning, you can easily make weight loss tea a part of any lifestyle.
